Position: Print Refiner!

We are looking for a dynamic, sharp, and customer-focused individual to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art shop, The Print Refinery. Our services include photo printing, gifting, business-to-business sign and surface-mounted graphics, as well as custom picture framing.

Position: Print Refiner
Location: The Camera Shop + Print Refinery, Norton Shores, MI
Type: Part-time, with potential to lead to a full-time opportunity

What You’ll Do:

As a Print Refiner, you’ll dive into the creative process, getting hands-on with the making of custom framing products, crafting stunning photographic prints, and even developing film. This role is perfect for someone who loves to work with their hands and bring beautiful, tangible projects to life. It’s a fun and rewarding opportunity to be directly involved in every step of creating unique and personalized products for our customers.

• Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and the perfect product.
• Consultation:Consult with customers to understand their needs and guide them through our wide range of photo printing, gifting, and custom framing options.
• Product Recommendations:Skillfully recommend additional products or services that will complement the customer’s choices, making sure they leave with everything they need for their projects.
• Collaboration:Collaborate with our creative team to deliver personalized and high-quality products.
• Merchandising:Assist with maintaining the shop’s visual merchandising to ensure a welcoming and inspiring environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

As a Print Refiner, you will also play a crucial role in maintaining the overall customer experience in our store. This includes:

• Store Presentation:Ensuring the store is well-organized and visually appealing, assisting with product displays, and keeping the workspace clean and inviting.
• Transactions:Processing transactions, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries with care and professionalism.
• Attention to Detail:Your dedication to service will help create an environment where our customers feel welcomed and valued.

What We’re Looking For:

• Customer-Centric:A genuine passion for helping people and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Consultative Selling Skills:Ability to listen, understand, and recommend products and services that exceed customer expectations.
• Attention to Detail:A keen eye for quality and precision in every aspect of the job, from framing to printing.
• Tech-Savvy:Comfortable using the latest technology and software to manage orders, create designs, and operate our printing equipment.
• Creative Mindset:An appreciation for photography, design, and visual arts, with a flair for suggesting creative solutions.
• Experience in Custom Picture Framing (a plus):While not required, experience in custom picture framing would be highly valued and beneficial.
• Team Player:Willingness to collaborate with a close-knit team to achieve shared goals.
